Exchange

How exchanges work

Need a different fragrance or size? Contact our atelier within 7 days of delivery. If your item is eligible, we will arrange an exchange for another in-stock product of equal or greater value (you pay the difference if applicable).

Eligibility

Items must be unused, sealed, and in original outer packaging. We may request unboxing photos or additional details to verify condition. Exchanges for trial vials that have been opened are generally not accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

If you received the wrong product or a damaged bottle, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We prioritise a replacement at no extra cost; an exchange is optional if you prefer a different scent instead.

Timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange ships within 3–5 business days, subject to stock. You will receive tracking details by email when the replacement is dispatched.

Shipping for exchanges

For approved exchanges due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is on us. For scent preference changes, return shipping may be deducted or charged as per support guidance.
