You may browse and purchase products for personal use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use our branding without permission.
Products & pricing
We describe fragrances as accurately as possible. Scent perception is subjective; images are illustrative. Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice. Errors in pricing may be corrected and orders cancelled with a full refund where applicable.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed after successful payment (prepaid) or placement (COD where available). We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or stock unavailability, with a prompt refund for prepaid orders.
Intellectual property
All content on this site—including logos, copy, photography, and product names—is owned by TOTE or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of liability
TOTE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations.
