Trial set refunds

Trial sets are designed for discovery. If your trial experience does not meet expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number—we will guide you through our love-it-or-money-back review for eligible trial purchases.

Full-size bottles

Unopened full-size bottles in original packaging may be eligible for refund within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrance cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Non-refundable items

Gift cards, personalised or custom-labelled orders, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for refund. Promotional bundles may have specific terms noted at checkout.

How to request a refund

Email orders@tote.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, reason for the request, and photos if the item arrived damaged. Keep all original packaging until your case is closed.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider (UPI, card, net banking), the amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

COD orders

For cash-on-delivery orders, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide. Please share accurate payment information when submitting your request.
