Orders above ₹899 qualify for free standard shipping across India. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99 at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Most orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metros and 5–10 business days for other pin codes, depending on courier routes and product availability.
Order processing
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. If an item is out of stock or delayed, our team will contact you with options—a substitute fragrance, partial shipment, or full refund.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email and SMS once your order is handed to the courier. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and checkout email.
Careful packaging
Every bottle is packed to travel safely—cushioned boxes, sealed caps, and tamper-aware outer packaging. Fragrance is sensitive to heat; avoid leaving parcels in direct sunlight on delivery.
Delivery issues
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, photograph the outer box and product, then contact us within 48 hours at hello@tote.in or via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
